Japanese Foundation Offers Free Scholarship

     The Matsumao International Foundation of Japan will offer free scholarship to fellowship programs to qualified applicants from April 2006 to March 2007.

     The scholarship being offered are in the fields of Natural Sciences, Engineering and Medicine.

     For further information on requirements, ets., interested parties are invited to inquire at the City DILG office or the Public Information Office at the Bacolod City Hall. (PIO/CMO)
