City gets invitation to I.T. Management Scholarship

   The City of Bacolod has recently received a scholarship invitation from the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency to the course "INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT", to be conducted from April 11 to May 5, 2005.
     The scholarship is open to all City employees who are holders of a college degree related to the field of study or has sufficient demonstrated ability and experience along the field of study. The nominee must hold a permanent appointment and must have worked for at least (2) years with no pending administrative and criminal case.
     Nominees should also comply with the required documents to be considered in the pre-assessment.
     Submission of application to the DILG-Central Local Government Scholarship Secretariat is until August 23, while those with required documents to the regional level will be accepted on or before August 18, 2004. *(CMO-PIO/jmi)
