City Celebrates Boys' and Girls' Week

     The City Government of Bacolod in partnership with the Rotary Club of Bacolod will be celebrating Boy's and Girls' Week on September 27 to October 1, 2004 as per Resolution No. 600 Series of 2004 passed by the Sangguniang Panlungsod.
     In line with this, Mayor Evelio R. Leonardia advised all Department / Office Heads to attend the Launching Program at the BAYS Center after the Flag Ceremony at the Fountain of Justice on September 27, 2004.
     The celebration will be participated in by students from participating private and public high schools of Bacolod City, and the newly elected boy and girl city officials who will take over the tasks of the incumbent city officials, department and office heads, division and section chiefs within the duration of the said week-long celebration.
     Mayor Leonardia also seeks for the cooperation and support of all city government counterparts who will rate the students objectively after the period of the activity.* (CMO-PIO/sar)
