| A. Provision of Employment Oppurtunity
within the City Government |
ABOUT THE SERVICE:
Applications for employment in the City Government are open to anyone
provided they meet the qualifications of the vacant position. Lists of
Vacant Positions are posted in Bacolod City Government Website, in
three (3) conspicuous places in the New Government Center and in every department
where the vacancies are. A Personnel Selection Board (PSB) evaluates
and screens all applicants and makes recommendation to the appointing
authority.

authorized representative ( if the vacancy is in the
Sangguniang Panlungsod (SP)
- Sangguniang Panlungsod Member
- Chairperson of HRD Committee

Employees Union ( BCGEU) representative
- from the 1st level positions, with 1 alternate
- from
the 1st level positions, with 1 alternate
- Department Heads concerned
- City Human Resource
Management Officer- (Secretariat)

Requirements:
- Application Letter addressed to the City Mayor/Vice
mayor specifying the position applied for and the office
where the vacancy is.
- Photocopy of Transcript of Records
or Diploma duly authenticated by authorized personnel.

Photocopy of Certificate of Eligibility, PRC License/ ID,
Report of PRC rating.
- Photocopy of Training and Seminars
attended, if necessary
- Updated Personal Data Sheet (PDS) or
Curriculum Vitae/ Resume
- Other supporting documents, if
necessary
