     August 24, 2004 is the date when the ADP-Bacolod City Chapter was put into an existence, through the support of the (SCO) Sectoral Concerns Office under the Mayors Office, (DSSD) Department of Social Service and Development and the (CCWDP) City Council for the Welfare of the Disabled Persons. The vision of having an organization in the City of Bacolod has been a long aspiration of the majority PWDs since.  

MAIN GOAL:

The main goal of this organization is to provide the PWDs Persons with Disability of Bacolod City with fullest of assistant in developing positive values and to promote integration in order to become an active and productive member of the society.
